How long does the design process take?

The length of time it takes for your web site to be completed depends entirely on the size and complexity of the site you require. Often the the process is delayed whilst waiting for content from the client, and we ask for all content to be provided as quickly as possible to avoid any delays.
However if you have a deadline in mind we will try our best to meet it for you.

Who arranges the domain name and hosting?

We arrange everything you need to get your site up and running, we check availability of your domain name, and arrange the required hosting package.

I want Painted Domain to create my web site, what do I do now?

If you decide to use our services, simply contact us using the contact us form provided, detailing your requirements and any other information you feel may be useful. We will then review your requirements and contact you with an initial quote.
Once the quote has been agreed, we will then register your domain name and purchase a hosting package, and begin the design process providing you with an initial web page design, aimed at providing you with an idea of how your web site will look.
Once this initial design has been agreed upon we then ask for all content you require to use in your site to be sent to us, from there we continue with your site design whilst obtaining constant feedback from you regarding the progress of your web site.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 25% deposit from the client, we ask that this be paid upon the agreement of the initial page design.

What contact will I have with you?

Normally the only contact we require will be through E-Mail and phone, this is generally sufficient to meet your needs and provide you with the highest quality web site available.
